Glass & Co. is a bar and restaurant rooted in modern British cooking, shaped by seasonal rhythm and Italian sensibility.

The kitchen is led by Henrik Horvath and Simon Shardlow, whose backgrounds in fine dining bring precision to a menu that stays informal and generous. Dishes change regularly and are guided by what’s best on the day — always ingredient-led, always grounded in clarity and technique.

The food is straightforward in style but executed with intent: dry-aged steaks, refined fish dishes, hand-rolled pasta.

We work closely with independent suppliers who share our standards — from local growers and butchers to specialist importers. That includes Kerry’s for seasonal fruit and vegetables, ChefsCut for British meats, and La Tua Pasta, whose handmade pasta is delivered fresh to the kitchen.

This is not exactly fine dining — it’s something looser, more honest. A place to sit for hours or drop in briefly. A bar with beers you know and wines worth discovering. A restaurant shaped by its neighbourhood, made to be returned to.
