Our menu is shaped by the seasons and the ingredients available on the day.
Guided by the experience of Henrik Horvath and Simon Shardlow, dishes are designed to be ordered freely - share if you like, keep it to yourself if you don’t.
Here at The Glass, we’re all about simple food, cooked with precision, using the best local British produce alongside carefully chosen Italian staples.
Midweek Offer | 2 Courses £22* | Wed-Fri 4pm - 6pm
*Optional dishes attract an additional supplement
Please note, our menus are seasonal and subject to subtle changes — the most current version is always available in-house.
